Katy Beirne has been dancing since the age of eight. She has been a member of a dance team for the past fourteen years and has been a choreographer for the past seven. After attending one Zumba class, she knew she had found a new passion. Katy became a certified Zumba instructor in August of 2010. She loves Zumba and the fact that her class has so much fun dancing for exercise. When she is not shaking it at Zumba class, she works as a registered nurse caring for Hospice patients. Her greatest joy is to bring a smile to their faces!
